Pooched Egg


Homemade Ramen Soup

This week post is about food. We love Asian food, so I made some ramen. I will give you a tip on a pooched egg with a perfect round shape. First add water half way on a cup AND A DROP OF VINEGAR. Microwave for 1 or 2 minutes depending on your microwave. Once hot, but not boiling add the egg. Microwave for 1:30 minutes for half-way done or 2 minutes for completely cooked egg. Then empty the cup and take the egg out. So you have a perfect pooched egg. I use this technique for sandwich too. ENJOY!!!
